Orders will be shipped within 1-2 days of your order.
Orders in the US over $100 will ship free.
Standard shipping is USPS, which takes 2-3 business days to arrive based on location. All orders include tracking. You will receive a shipping email with the tracking number when your order has shipped.
We are only able to ship to the address you provided during checkout. Please be sure your shipping address is correct and verified during checkout.
We cannot provide refunds for incorrect shipping addresses.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
We ask that you file a claim with the shipping carrier directly in this instance.
Expedited shipping is available during checkout. If you need your canvas by a certain date, please send us an email at hey@wiptstitch.com and we will try to accommodate you, but there are no guarantees.
We do offer international shipping, but the buyer is responsible for shipping cost (even if the order is over $150). In the rare instance that there are custom fees or import taxes, the buyer is responsible for covering that.
